Royal Beluga

Royal Beluga caviar, the most prestigious among caviars, is known for its nutty flavor and creamy texture. The caviar consists of large, soft pearls, ranging in color from dark gray to steel gray, that melt in your mouth.

Beluga sturgeons, the largest in the sturgeon family, used to reach sizes up to five meters and weigh about 1000 kg, with caviar hives up to 200 kg. 

Maturing late, females spawn for the first time at 15-20 years old, making their caviar rare and expensive. Beluga caviar is ideally served neat with champagne, perfect for special occasions or as an exceptional gift.
