Refund policy
At Gourmet Harvest, we work with trusted producers across the country to deliver premium wild foods, specialty ingredients, and curated provisions. Because many of our products are perishable and shipped directly from our vendor partners, our return policy differs slightly from a typical retail store.
Perishable Goods
Most items on Gourmet Harvest are perishable (fresh seafood, wild mushrooms, meats, produce, caviar, etc.) and cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in any way, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Include:
– Order number
– Photos of the issue
– Description of the problem (wrong item, damaged, spoiled, etc.)
We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery for perishable claims.
Non-Perishable Goods
Non-perishable items (pantry goods, artisan products, merch, etc.) may be eligible for return.
We offer a 30-day return window for qualifying non-perishable items. To be eligible, items must be:
– Unused and in the same condition received
– In original packaging with all tags
– Accompanied by proof of purchase

If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Returns will need to be mailed to each respective vendor. Please email us to confirm the address.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and notify us right away if:
– The item is damaged
– The item is spoiled or unsafe
– You received the wrong product
We’ll work directly with the vendor to replace, refund, or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
– Perishable goods (fresh or frozen foods, produce, seafood, meats, caviar, etc.)
– Custom or special-order items
– Personal care products
– Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
– Sale items
– Gift cards

Exchanges
Because many items are perishable and shipped from vendor partners, exchanges are not always possible.
For eligible non-perishables, the fastest method is:

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return non-perishable merchandise within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (or verify a perishable-goods claim), we’ll notify you of approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
