At Gourmet Harvest, we take pride in delivering wild and specialty ingredients of the highest quality. Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we offer a refund-only policy under the following conditions:
1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- Your order arrives damaged or compromised
- The wrong item was shipped
- Your package does not arrive as expected
2. Timeframe for Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. No Physical Returns Accepted
Due to food safety and freshness standards, we do not accept any returns of perishable goods. Please do not attempt to ship any items back to us.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are included in the price of our products. If your order qualifies for a refund due to an error or issue on our part, you will receive a full refund including shipping.
